Lane Street Studios

Lane Street Studios offers a 10-acre private, secure site with 67,800 sq ft (6,300sq m) of production and workshop spaces. The site has two purpose-built soundstages, covering 50,309sq f (4,666sq m), and 18,744sq ft (1,753sq m) of B stages.
The studios offer modern, flexible, and functional spaces in a beautiful park-like setting surrounded by diverse shooting locations. Nearby there is access to 200,000 sq ft of additional spaces for backlot, storage, and extra car parking, and a wide range of ancillary production support businesses.
Located just a 30-minute drive from the heart of Wellington and 45 minutes from the airport, Lane Street Studios offers everything you need to make your next production.
Avalon Studios

Avalon Studios is an independently owned, purpose-built screen production facility that is located in a quiet, secure and private site in close proximity to Wellington, New Zealand’s capital. The complex is under one roof with all your needs being provided for. The Studios are air-conditioned, have drive-in access, are acoustically treated/soundproof with functional Lighting Grids, seamless polished concrete floors and have ample power.
Next to the Studios and their Backlot are the added resources: Production Offices, Makeup, Wardrobe, Laundry, Catering, Green Rooms, Lounges, Kitchenettes, Scenic Workshop, Paint Spray Booth, Mechanical Bay, free Car parking etc. Avalon Studios have a number of industry-related businesses on site covering a range of production services. Avalon Studios is well established within the New Zealand screen industry, and continues to grow its own internal production activities, including partnering with Producers on a range of screen projects.
The Armoury

Their services include music recording, mixing and mastering, voice-overs, all post-production, and even rehearsal spaces. They have the finest selection of the latest technology integrated with classic vintage equipment, SSL 4000G mixing console, vintage microphones to the rack hardware. Their world-class facility has brought a diverse range of international artists and producers through their doors.
Their recording studio is a stone throw from Cuba Street - just step outside and you will be immersed in the creative culture that Wellington is world-famous for.
Stone Street Studios

Stone Street Studios sits at the hub of the filmmaking community in Wellington New Zealand. The complex includes four purpose-built stages, including the massive 24,500 square foot 'Kong' sound stage.
Co-owned by Academy Award® winners Peter Jackson, Richard Taylor, and Jamie Selkirk, set on an eight-acre site in Miramar, the Stone Street facilities were extensively used by New Line Cinema and Universal Pictures for the production of The Lord of the Rings and King Kong.
Stone Street Studios and neighbouring film infrastructure Wētā Workshop, Weta Digital, and Park Road Post Production make an enticing "one-stop-shop" for overseas productions to New Zealand and provide local filmmakers with facilities of international quality.
